DPI Midwest is proud to offer an extensive list of both imported and domestic cheeses. Available in bulk wheels and loaves as well as the increasingly popular retail exact and random weight cuts, DPI Midwest provides an excellent selection.

In terms of imports our more unique selections include Pilgrim's Choice English cheeses, Castelli Italian specialties, Canadian Du Village soft-ripened specialties, Beemster Dutch cheeses and our Claudel label of soft-ripened French cheeses. Our import category includes the traditional favorites as well; such as Jarlsberg, Swiss Gruyere, and Emmental, French Boursin, Danish Havarti, Dutch Edam and Gouda and Kerrygold Irish Cheeses-to name a few.

DPI Midwest's domestic category includes cheese from all-around the United States. Situated in the hear of American's Dairyland, DPI Midwest is proud to offer some of Wisconsin's finest cheeses, including our own Chalet labeled Domestic Dutch-style cheeses, our own Ryser label on fine cheddars, jacks and Baby Swiss.
