In order to more completely service our customers we have added to the selection offered in our wild games/specialty meats program. Not every discerning Chef has a full selection of specialty proteins to go along with artisinal cheeses, mushrooms, pates as well as a full line of specialty grains, beans, rice and legumes. DPI now offers one stop shopping for the professional Chef.

In addition to Maple Leaf Farms premium duck, DPI also offers farm raised venison, buffalo, game birds as well as all natural veal. A full product line is awaiting the professional and home chef. Caviar and classic traditional pates are also available through DPI Midwest. Specialty proteins that are not in stock are easily obtainable and can be provided with minimal lead time via special order.
